The fifth
chapter of the ICIC Agreement points out determining the
financing ICIC resources which are :-
1. The ICIC financing resources consist of :-
• The subscriptions of the states signatory and party to
this agreement.
• Unconditional donations, wills and grants.
• Revenues accruing from its private property (article 17).
2. The ICIC shall enjoy full financial autonomy and draw up its
own financial investment policy, in accordance with its
humanitarian objectives (Article 18).
