1.
Membership of the ICIC requires a wide knowledge and experience
in fields related to humanitarian activities and genuine concern
towards world issues and development of international relations
on the basis of friendship, cooperation and equality (Article
11).
2. ICIC members during their term of office shall be committed
to fulfill their tasks in their personal capacity, with
objectivity, impartiality and dedication (Article 12).
3. Parties to the ICIC agreement shall provide ICIC members with
all facilities to enable them fulfill their tasks (Article 13).
