President, re-selected on January 29, 2020.
2- The OIC .General Secretariat, Permanent member.
3- Ambassador Bayram Mbagnik (Senegal) , Member, elected on
March 2, 2019, and his membership expires on March 2, 2023, and
chosen as ICIC Vice President on January 29, 2020.
4- Dr. Muhammad Al-Ali Al-Maadeed (Qatar) Member, re-elected on
March 2, 2019 AD, and his membership expires on March 2, 2023
AD.
5- Dr. Yunus Al-Khatib (Palestine) member, elected on March 2,
2019 AD, and his membership expires on March 2, 2023 AD.
6- Dr. Muhammad Al-Qasim (Saudi Arabia) Member, elected to fill
the vacant seat on November 28, 20206, His membership expire on
March 2, 2023.
7 - Engineer Othman Jaafar (Sudan) Member, elected to complete
the term of professor Hussein Abu Saleh, who was elected on
July 17, 2017, and his term expires on 17 July July 2021.
8- Dr. Yassin Ahmed Abbas (Iraq), Member, elected on July 17,
2017 and his membership expires on July 17, 2021 AD.
9- Dr. Naji Yurlmaz (Turkey) Member, elected to complete the
term of the previous ICIC member, Dr. Mehmet Güluglu, elected
on July 17, 2017, and his membership expires on July 17, 2021.
10- Dr. Fathi Ben Zakri (Tunisia), Member, was elected on July
17, 2017, and his membership expires on July 17, 2021 AD.
Articles related to forming membership and chairing the ICIC
according to the ICIC establishing agreement.
Article (9)
The ICIC shall elect from among its members president and vice
president for two years term of office.
Article (10)
The ICIC mandate shall cover a period of (four years) at
conclusion of the first term, membership of one half of the
non-permanent members shall come to an end by balloting . the
membership of the four other members shall also expire after a
period of two years . the conference shall elect new members to
replaces those whose term of office has expired.
Article (11)
Requisites for membership of the committee shall include wide
knowledge and experience in the fields related to humanitarian
activities and a genuine concern towards world issues and
development of international relation on the basis of
friendship, cooperation and equality.
Article (12)
Members and delegates, during their term of office , shall be
committed to fulfill their tasks in their personal capacity,
with objectivity, impartiality and dedication.
