Regional Representative for North Asia and Europe (ICIC-IRRO)
The ICIC-IRRO was established in
Ankara, Turkey, joint project between the ICIC and the
Turkish Red Crescent Society (TRCS). A memorandum of
understanding was signed between the parties on 24 July
2009, it implements the ICIC's activities, especially in
that region,
where it implemented several projects such as providing
humanitarian assistance in Yemen, Pakistan, Somalia,
Haiti, Libya, Lebanon and Syria.

The ICIC -IRRO) have prepared several projects and
submitted them to international governmental and
non-governmental organizations and the Red Crescent and
Red Cross Societies and National Donors inviting them to
adopt or participate in these projects, as follows:

Support for peace repatriation project.
•
Establishment of volunteers network for OIC and ICIC.
•
The livelihood support project for farmers in the
village of Košek in Bosnia.
•
Food Support Project for Displaced Persons in the
Central African Republic.
• Relief Project for Rohengya refugee children in
Bangladesh.
•
Food support and hygiene project for asylum seekers in
the Republic of Djibouti.
•
Project to increase the access of the most vulnerable to
health services in Kyrgyzstan.
•
Education support project for children, students and
religious leaders in Macedonia.
•
Community capacity development project on risk reduction
and disaster response in Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and
Tajikistan.
•
The project of assisting refugees and displaced Syrians
"a dignified return to the homeland".
